This week’s message asks a simple but searching question: Is Jesus still at the centre? Looking at Exodus 32 and the golden calf, we see how easily God’s people drift when they are waiting, uncertain, or distracted. The sermon reminds us that even good things can become idols if they take first place in our hearts. But the invitation is not shame, it is surrender. God calls us to confront what has taken His place, return to His presence, and build our lives around Jesus again.
